Per a CSR at the 866 number on the rebate, it is good for ALL dealers, including Fry's.

I just picked one up for the Sony A100 I got from the recent deal. The A100 kit includes the adapter card.

The PSP would need to be at firmware level 2.81 or higher for 8gb support, but other than that it should work.

PSP forums have a lot of complaints about Lexar. If you are just using it for saving status of your game, then it will work. But I'm sure that's not your intent for this memory. I would just stick to Sandisk or Sony for those applications.

everyone is calling rebate center, but it really omits Fry's on the "Photo Dealers List" as plain as a day. Verbal communication is ok and all, but sometimes I like a lil bit more assurance.

I definitely saw Amazon on the list so that makes it 60.99 - 37 = 23.99AR which is still a really decent deal.

EDIT: sorry scratch that. it's actually 74.30 on Amazon.

I just ordered, Called rebate center to verify if they honor rebate if I buy from frys.com and it is YES.
