Frys/outpost is not on the list of photo dealers, according to This List
Called the rebate center and they said it's valid if bought at Frys.

Got mine for ~$320. I couldn't get a PM to any of the lower prices.
The PSP would need to be at firmware level 2.81 or higher for 8gb support, but other than that it should work.

PSP forums have a lot of complaints about Lexar. If you are just using it for saving status of your game, then it will work. But I'm sure that's not your intent for this memory. I would just stick to Sandisk or Sony for those applications.
I also called the rebate center and they said it's valid at fry's, so I bought 3.
everyone is calling rebate center, but it really omits Fry's on the "Photo Dealers List" as plain as a day. Verbal communication is ok and all, but sometimes I like a lil bit more assurance.
I definitely saw Amazon on the list so that makes it 60.99 - 37 = 23.99AR which is still a really decent deal.
EDIT: sorry scratch that. it's actually 74.30 on Amazon.
